Partner with Us

We create respectful and stable partnerships in the communities where we work and with those who work with us.

We know that the best long-term outcome for all of our partners, stakeholders, investors, and our planet requires our experience, hard work, and best thinking at every stage.

Our Partnerships

We look for long-term partners who are seeking to de-carbonize the grid.

Customers

Customer-driven clean energy.

Corporations, utilities, municipalities, and government agencies are increasingly looking for an opportunity to use renewable energy to meet their electricity needs without taking on the responsibility and risk of developing, financing, constructing, and operating their own wind or solar project, and thus turn to power purchase agreements (“PPAs”) to source renewable energy. PPAs provide companies with the opportunity to increase visibility and certainty of future electricity costs, hedge against energy price volatility, mitigate risks against the cost of carbon, meet corporate sustainability or ESG goals, and contribute to decarbonizing the grid.

Reach out to us to discuss your decarbonization goals, and let us customize a solution to fit your needs.

Community Engagement

We understand that every community is unique. Effective community engagement means early, sustained, and active involvement with landowners, Indigenous communities, local government, and the community in project planning. We are committed to listening and proactively addressing issues and sharing the economic benefits our projects create. We aim to build trust through transparency, openness, and accountability and, in turn, earn community support for the projects we develop.

Community engagement does not end once regulatory approvals are in place. We treat community engagement as an ongoing activity throughout the project life cycle, from project development through construction, operation, and decommissioning.

Indigenous groups

It’s our goal to build mutual trust and positive long-term relationships with the Indigenous communities in our project area. We have deep respect for the traditions and knowledge of Indigenous people and the value this brings to a project. We understand that relationships and trust are the cornerstones of Indigenous communities - we are committed to engaging and consulting with Indigenous communities in a meaningful, respectful, and inclusive manner to foster that trust.

Renewable energy projects can open up employment, contracting opportunities, and investment opportunities for Indigenous communities. The number of wind, solar, and energy-storage projects developed in partnership with Indigenous communities is growing rapidly.

Landowners

We are committed to building and maintaining long-term relationships with landowners. We will work closely with you to minimize disturbance to your existing land-use practices. Project-related lease payments provide a steady source of income and income diversification to farmers and ranchers, providing a long-term source of reliable and passive income that can benefit landowners and their families.

Municipalities

Renewable energy projects help diversify a local economy. Our projects generate significant property tax revenues for the local municipality – this benefits the community by reducing the tax burden allowing increased municipal services, and stimulating economic and community development opportunities. New job opportunities are created during the construction and operations phases of a project to further diversify a local economy, along with the spin-off economic opportunities for local businesses, such as hotels, restaurants, and contractors that benefit from the increased activity during the construction and operations phases.
